Our Shanty Festival is held at the Wateringhole pub / bar / restaurant / on Perranporth Beach, the last weekend in April. We start after lunch ( the best carvery Sunday lunch anywhere .. a dozen vegetables or more.. ) and the format is that every group sings for 20 mins or so in two sessions throughout the afternoon and evening. So everybody gets to listen to all the others .. and the beer is pretty good too.
